OUR SERVANTS

Our Shepherd
	Bro. "B", as he is affectionately called, is from south Louisiana. He and his wife, Nanette, moved to Point, Louisiana in 1976 and has been serving us since then. With six daughters, five sons-in-law and eleven grandchildren, we never have to worry about low attendance. Bro. "B" has a unique way of bringing the scriptures and stories in the Bible to life and has edified our church and many others. A heart of a servant and and friend to all ages, Louis and Nanette are always there when others have a need. We love our Pastor and his wonderful wife, and we thank God for sending them our way!!


Our Board of Directors
Cary Zeigler- Cary and Dianne are long time residents of Point. Cary's portfolio includes being a worship leader and leads the Wednesday night Adult Bible Discussion. Cary and Dianne are a vital part of our growing Church family. Marvin Cantrell - Marvin serves as Treasurer of Point Assembly. He and his wife Wanda are long time residents of this area and faithful members of Point Assembly. Marvin also teaches Bible on Wednesday nights and, along with Wanda, he is always pushing up on Point Assembly's future. Jane Bennett - Jane and Earl have a long history at Point Assembly. They have faithfully served Point Assembly in many ways. Jane's portfolio includes oversight of office and other church supplies. She is the voice that greets people when they call our office and the person who knows where things are and what's going on. Yes, we believe women have a God given place of ministry in and to the Body of Christ. Roy Avant - Roy Avant has been a part of the Point Assembly family for years. He teaches the Adult Sunday School class and also oversees the maintenance of our facilities. We are blessed to have Roy as a part of our fellowship.
